Description:

Indigo Signs is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lighting Outage Night Spotter to join our Services team. In this role, you will focus on identifying signage and lighting outages across the Twin Cities area during nighttime hours and generating leads for the Service team. If you have a keen eye for detail, enjoy working independently, and are motivated to contribute to our growing team, we would love to hear from you!

In this role, you'll:

• Conduct nightly inspections of commercial properties to identify signage and lighting outages.
• Accurately document findings in the ERP system, Mothernode.
• Generate leads for service opportunities and provide detailed reports to the Service Manager.
• Collaborate with the Service Manager to target high-potential accounts and increase service volume.
• Maintain an organized log of all observations and leads for follow-up actions.
• Report findings to the Service team to ensure timely service delivery.
• Uphold and represent the Indigo Signs brand in all interactions with clients and the community.
• Maintain a good driving record and safely operate company vehicles, promptly reporting incidents or infractions.
• Travel primarily within the Twin Cities area, with possible out-of-town travel.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.

Qualification Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 

• Mechanical and/or electrical aptitude related to signage and electrification preferred.
• Ability to perform tasks involving physical labor.
• Experience in the signage industry or a related field preferred.
• Familiarity with the Twin Cities area is preferred.
• Strong observational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently at night.
• Proficient in using mobile devices and basic software for reporting and communication.
• Willingness to work during nighttime hours (late evening/early morning).

Work Environment

• Hybrid in-office/remote role with fieldwork during nighttime hours.
